Karl Liebermann, D.O.
Dr. Liebermann has been practicing Addiction Medicine since 2006 when he was practicing as a rural family physician in Bucksport, Maine. He has been Board Certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Addiction Medicine since 2012. He has both inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment experience. He has been treating patients with Suboxone since 2006 and Vivitrol since 2009. He has inpatient addiction medicine experience at 2 specialty addiction treatment hospitals. He has served as a medical director for a rural substance abuse treatment center and has participated in a program to improve access to addiction treatment in primary care.
Dr. Liebermann graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. Serving his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Eastern Maine Medical Center, he was Chief Resident in 2005. Dr. Liebermann completed a Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine fellowship in 2006.
Jennifer Liebermann, RN, BSN
Jennifer Liebermann, RN graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She has worked as a pediatric nurse in Arizona and Maine and is the office manager at Acorn Health and recovery. She is a mom to 3 wonderful kids and in her spare time she reads, travels and tries to play tennis
